Allan started his career with one of the Big 4 in the financial advisory services team after graduating with a degree in Accountancy in 1990. Since then, Allan has served as company secretary, financial director and executive director of companies listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He looks after a plethora of businesses and spends much of his time on providing consultancy advice to clients, in order to help grow their businesses in a controlled way.

A trusted advisor to many clients for his cross-border knowledge on taxation issues, ability to manoeuvre difficult situations and skilled in business management.   His clients include major LCD manufacturing companies with manufacturing operations in China, Vietnam, and the U.S., Cyber security and cloud solutions enterprises,  entertainment industry clients with operations in Australia, China, Taiwan and Singapore.

• Certified Practising Accountant in Australia

• Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong

• Chartered Accountant in Singapore and

• Chartered Tax Advisor in Hong Kong
